t h e m a y f i l e s is foremost a family blog, chronicling everyday life. Life including natural, healthy eating (with recipes thrown in at random), home educating (with ideas popping up sporadically), an attempt to homestead on .2 acres (with very meager yields), raising 3 of 4 children with a rare genetic disorder, and lots of highly personal family triumphs and failures. You may also find an eclectic array of musings on politics, exercise, sewing, emergency preparedness, backyard chickens, and religion. This blog isn't a campaign to glorify anyone or anything. Just simply a record.

Boston Triumph

On what was possibly, historically the most difficult day to run the Boston Marathon course, in record high temperatures, I ran in a personal best, by 3 minutes of 3:13.

I'll post a full race report later, but I must mention I was the 85th woman to finish the race today from a field of 10-12,000 women. Now that is something to feel amazing about.

Unfortunately I lost a very sentimental and valuable earring on the course and my iPhone. Two definite dampers. I will be unreachable for a time except through email.

It was a fantastic day. My legs aren't even sore!

As the representative of the Zoradi Family, I am pleased to say WE ARE AWED at you, your epic race, how ripped you looked before, during, and after the event AND how you let your readers come along for the journey without us having to train for it. Well done! We are excited to deliver the congratulatory hugs in person next month and marvel at your beautiful family. Love you.

That was a great and comprehensive article…all the tips enumerated and explained will be helpful for those who are wise enough to tap from it. Any business nowadays without social media signals and presence may not make it to the outermost, and investment too is part of the key to success in business. Keep up the good work.
